I am writing this letter as an accolade to Craig Koendarfer, a real estate agent with your firm. One year ago I presented myself to Mr Koendarfer to help me sell my house. I have lived in this house since 1994 and I love it however because of changes in the real estate market, economy etc., I felt I had no other choice but to sell the home I love and become a renter. Craig did a detailed appraisal of my house which actually made me feel optimistic but he sensed that my heart wasn’t in it. I really wanted to remain in my home. He went over my finances and pointed out to me that I could, in fact, afford to stay in the house. Well, a year has come and gone since that interaction with Craig. I am still in the house, loving it more than ever. There will come a day in the future when I look to sell and there is only one agent to whom I would go. He knows his business very well but he cares about the client.
